At Evergreen Health and Wellness, we provide expert, personalized nutrition care grounded in science. Led by a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Evergreen supports individuals and families through one-on-one counseling, group education, diabetes self-management education (DSME), metabolic testing, body composition analysis, and compliance-focused menu review services.
We are an insurance-based practice, and many of our services—including nutrition counseling and DSME—are billable to insurance.
